How we choose what to show
Trial listings come from public registries, including ClinicalTrials.gov and Health Canada. Before we mark a study as Active and Responsive, we send a simulated patient inquiry to the study team and track whether they reply, and we collect feedback from patients about which studies actually respond. Studies that do not respond are not marked. We do not contact any study on your behalf. We link you to each study’s official page so you can reach out yourself.
We do not decide whether you qualify and we do not enroll you. Eligibility is confirmed only by the study team after their own review. Always discuss any trial with your own doctor. This service is free, and we never sell or share your information.
