Our mission
Medical Development Group is a nonprofit that helps patients and caregivers in the United States and Canada find clinical trials that are genuinely open and responsive, and understand them in plain language, at no cost. We point people to official study contacts and public registries. We are not a recruiter. We do not sell patient information, take enrollment fees, or decide who qualifies.
Why we exist
Searching for a clinical trial is overwhelming, and it is worse when half the listings never reply. We started Medical Development Group to give patients a free, honest starting point: a way to find studies that are actually active, understand them, and reach the right people directly.
What we do and do not do
We do: search public registries, filter for responsive studies, translate listings into plain language, and point you to official contacts.
We do not: provide medical advice, diagnose, determine eligibility, enroll patients, or charge for anything.
Who we are
Valerii Vasylevskyi, MD, Founder and Chairman. A physician with training in ophthalmology and a doctorate in medicine, he started Medical Development Group to make clinical research easier for patients and caregivers to understand and access.
